Part-Time Work Application For Students

Ibn Haldun University Student Affairs Department will recruit students to work part-time in the Spring Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year. The start date is February 5, 2024, and our working hours are between 08.00 and 17.00 on weekdays. Our students' working hours will be planned according to their course schedules. Students who will work in the Spring Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year must continue to work full-time during the Summer Semester.

Our evaluation criteria are as follows: 

  • Fluent in English and Turkish,
  • Preferably know Arabic,
  • Able to use MS Office programs and data processing applications,
  • Being at least a 2nd year student,
  • Paying attention to appearance and personal hygiene,
  • Team player with high communication skills,
  • Punctual regarding working hours,
  • Serious regarding the security of sensitive data,
  • To be residing in Istanbul and able to use public transportation.

Job description:

  • Answering incoming calls to the Student Affairs Office and welcoming visitors,
  • To complete tasks assigned in the archive,
  • Data Processing via MS Office programs and similar applications,
  • To perform other duties communicated as needed.
