Inter-Institutional Transfer Application-Acceptance Calendar

Inter-institutional transfers are made between equivalent diploma programs of higher education institutions at the same level and following the quotas approved by the Council of Higher Education (CoHE). The cost of education and scholarship offers for transfer students are determined by the decision of the relevant board of directors and the approval of the Rectorate.

Application conditions

  • To apply in the 2nd or 3rd year

  • To have a GPA of at least 3.00 over 4.00

  • To have an English proficiency certificate

In addition to the general application requirements above, for horizontal transfer applications to the Law and Guidance & Psychological Counseling Programs, the ÖSYS/YKS ranking of the relevant year is required.

The types of exams required for English proficiency and their scores are shown below, and applicants who still need to have a language proficiency document must take the English proficiency exam to be held at our University on the dates specified in the Application-Acceptance calendar.

TOEFL-IBT: 80
PTE AKADEMIC: 55
CPE: C
CAE: C
FCE: B

Documents Required for Application

  • Student certificate
  • Transcript

  • Passport

  • Course Contents (In the cases in which the program name is different from the applied program name)

  • Document Indicating Discipline Status

  • English Proficiency Certificate (If Available)

  • A document declaring that the student has registered at their university within the scope of Amnesty Law No. 7143

Candidates who will apply from abroad should also attach the following documents to their applications:

  • Passport
  • Recognition Certificate

  • Entry/Exit Records Received from the General Directorate of Security
