Students who have applied for and been accepted into the 2026–2027 Fall Semester Internal Horizontal Transfer Programs must submit the form below to the Office of Student Affairs in person or via the IHU Support System by the end of working hours on August 3–7, 2026, if they confirm their enrollment.
Applications not submitted by the specified deadline will not be processed.
